Greetings my name is Pascale Ngongo, Service Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and optimising the organisation’s operational framework. I am committed to maintaining high standards of accountability, transparency, and customer satisfaction. I am a results-driven and service-oriented leader who values operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I'm a husband and a father of seven children. I maintain an active lifestyle, enjoy playing the drums, cooking, and spending quality time with my family.
Service Delivery Manager:
Hello, my name is Zawadi Ntamwenge Service Delivery Manager and a dedicated Disability and Aged Care Support Worker with over five years of industry experience. I am passionate about supporting individuals to live independent, fulfilling, and empowered lives. I have experience working in residential settings (supporting up to six clients) as well as providing one-on-one care to clients of diverse ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. I am committed to creating a respectful, positive, and supportive environment while helping participants achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. I'm a wife and a mother to seven children. I love singing and dancing.
